Have you ever wondered what you can do to help vulnerable people? How you can spread the word about problems that people face? Are you keen to learn how to make our society better for everyone?
SEE-ME (Solidarity, Education, Engagement - Modern-Day Slavery in Europe) is a project that will be funded by Erasmus+, which will run for around a year from July 2018. We are offering young people the chance to gain an insight into modern slavery and human trafficking so that they can harness their skills and knowledge to put build solidarity, explore the complexity of this subject and work to end it. Through interactive workshops with expert speakers, and getting together with like-minded young people from the UK, Spain and Slovenia, you will understand how to make positive changes to peoples lives and deliver campaigns that will be launched at Parliament.
What you will learn:
• How human trafficking impacts the lives of people locally, nationally and across Europe
• How to use your skills and knowledge to make people listen to the issues that you care about
• How to make an impactful campaign to change society for the better
