Easier Transitions Helping Hands is a pan European project working to promote best practise around mentoring. Good mentoring can and does transform lives, the benefits of someone who believes in you and is committed to helping you succeed is undeniable and we are committed to ensuring that as many youth as possible are able to receive high quality mentorship.
Our training and evaluation tools are available in five languages and are open acess. We believe it is vital that all who work with young people, should be including mentoring in their work and we want to make it as simple as possible for them to do so. This work was Erasmus + funded under Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices.
