We are looking for someone with initiative, great communication skills and team-spirit to join a small but dynamic team.
Working within a small charity, this role is at the centre of our work to empower women and girls through education with the key goal of raising funds for our projects from a diverse range of sources and engaging the public in our work and vision.
You will be expected to manage and lead in the planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluation of a broad range of new and existing fundraising activities, projects and promotions.
You will be engaging with:
o Schools, universities, community groups and parishes
o Corporate partnerships (e.g. donation schemes, employee fundraising and volunteering days)
o Seasonal fundraising campaigns (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day, Int. Women’s Day)
o Planning, recruiting and supporting the activities of peer-to-peer fundraisers
o Working with diaspora groups to engage them in support for our projects overseas and with migrant communities in the UK
You will be working closely with the Fundraising Director, Project Managers, Director of Policy, and Communications Manager to ensure that we can give the best possible support to the amazing women leading our projects around the world.
